David Torrence is a senior budget analyst for the federal government. He has almost 20 years of experience in the budget field. He currently works with the circuits in the federal court system planning and executing their budgets which include salaries and IT funding.

David is a Spring 2017 initiate of the Hyattsville/Landover (MD) Alumni Chapter. He is a former Keeper of the Exchequer (Treasurer) where he served five consecutive years. He also served two years as the Assistant Keeper of the Exchequer (Assistant Treasurer).

He and his family live in Prince George's County. He enjoys the gym, riding his motorcycle, and playing golf in his free time.
