After a tour of duty as an officer in the United States Army, Dr. Kight has held a variety of management and leadership positions with nonprofit, government, and private sector organizations. He has an extensive background in organizational development and program implementation dedicated to improving the lives of adults and youth. Dr. Kight has a diverse educational background with degrees from Tuskegee University, Auburn University and Nova Southeastern University. He has received numerous awards for his commitment to working on behalf of adults and young people. Dr. Kight and his family are proud members of the Prince George’s County community.
