Virgil Moore is a senior level healthcare executive with more than 20 years of industry experience. Focused on mergers and acquisitions for private equity backed physician management practices, Virgil has led strategy, developing, and implementing the framework for some of the country’s largest healthcare groups, helping them to achieve scale while maximizing their overall financial impact and competitive advantage. Virgil is also a Board Member of the Hyattsville/Landover (MD) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated.


He and his wife along with their three daughters are proud residents of Prince George’s County. As a former Big-Ten football player (Defensive Back) at the Pennsylvania State University, Virgil enjoys remaining physically active while simultaneously supporting his daughter’s budding tennis and academic careers.
